We at GoConcierge are ever searching for ways to best communicate with our international GoConcierge family.  Replacing our former Newsletter with a Blog seemed the logical next step. 

Our goal is to keep you abreast of the latest and greatest. To share best practices and remind you of some great features you may have forgotten about. We will also share with you some recent newbies to GoConcierge and our ever expanding network of GoConcierge users worldwide.

In addition, our Director of Training, Vickie Miller and our top notch team of Training Managers; Chesa Coyle, Jeremy Kupfer, and Casey Wickersheim will share their travel experiences with you and knowing Jeremy and Casey, many a dining experience with you as well giving you ideas and insight into some wonderful locations to share with your guests.

Have an unsual request or need some technical expertise? Our team of programmers; Grace Candaso, Sue Hogue, and Leo Aguirre are on hand to quickly answer any question you may have.

Our amazing Director of Sales, Karen Clancy can also be reached for enquiries for any who happen to come across our Blog and are wondering how they too can get GoConcierge for their property.

Finally, our fearless leader and founder of GoConcierge, Mr. Adam Isrow will share his vision for the future of GoConcierge.  A strong supporter of the International Society of Les Clefs d'Or, Adam often attends the various congresses held world wide.

DID YOU KNOW...

Many clever hotels use GoConcierge for various functions beyond that of Concierge tracking. One of the most popular features is our Lost & Found department. Often favored by Housekeeping and Security departments because you can limit who has access to view and amend the task entries. You can even allow a user to have full access to the concierge department and not even see the Lost & Found department.
